They represent several "family offices" and are familiar with the family and business requirements of those who are" multi banked" and operate in "multi jurisdictions ". Our clients can rely on our discretion and confidentiality. Expertise gained through long and wide experience means that we are able to offer intellectual capital as well as financial capital. We find that our clients also value our ability to broker negotiations both with their funders or potentially with other partners. Other areas of success are in the nursing home and specialist care market and we see it as a growth area. We have seen some interesting propositions regarding the nursing home market and we are generally looking for operators who want to own their own freeholds/premises.
