Competitive interest rates, based on the risk assessment of the proposal, start at 1% per month. Funding at up to 75% of the full market value of the property, in certain circumstances.

100% financing may also be available based on underwriting criteria, a risk assessment of the proposal and the provision of additional security.

Our Lenders Panel judges each application on its own merits, regardless of an individual's financial history, and because they understand that rapid drawdown can be critical, they will never knowingly agree to funding if they are not certain they can meet our client's needs. They also endeavour to give an indication regarding the likelihood of funding within 24-48 hours, and funds are drawn down twice weekly.
(Note: Risk assessment and due diligence documentation have to be completed and accepted before any funds can be drawn down).
